This week schools across the US celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss with Read Across America. Today the kids had to dress up as their favorite Dr. Seuss character. Both of my boys have the same favorite character: The Cat In The Hat. I stayed up ALL night making them these Cat in the Hat costumes. They were so excited to see them when they woke up this morning. Their teachers and classmates loved the costumes as well. I was a bit disappointed to see so few kids wearing any type of costume at all. My boys sure looked cute though. They didn't want to smile to big because they were afraid of messing up their whiskers. lol.
